Mrs. Mary Jalloh has over 10 years of experience in private sector development and the coordination of development programs. She has served at senior level in the Government of Sierra Leone, where she focused on providing advice on private sector policies, investment strategies, Small and Medium Enterprise development, and liaising with development partners on private sector-related issues. She has also managed and coordinated the delivery of development programs between the Government and the World Bank, the African Bank for Development, and the European Union. This involved coordinating the implementation of major legislative, regulatory, administrative, and policy reforms to strengthen the productivity, transparency, and human capital development sectors in Sierra Leone.
She holds an MSc and LLM from the International University of Turin and a BSC from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Saio is an impact investment and private sector development professional with over ten years’ experience in SME deal identification, structuring, assessment, disbursement and monitoring in Sierra Leone, credit analysis and appraisal in commercial banking industry, general risk management in the financial sector and also agribusiness development, agriculture value chain development, business management, coaching and private sector development.

Henson Venn’s level of education and technical working experience both at home and abroad has contributed to enhancing his over ten years’ program implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation skills in diverse areas of interventions. These areas of interventions range through relief, emergency and development contexts and expands across multiple sectors including Development Year Assistance Programs (DYAPS) and Multi Year Assistance Programmes (MYAPs).
