Project Coordinator

Mary Jalloh

Mrs. Mary Jalloh has over 10 years of experience in private sector development and the coordination of development programs. She has served at senior level in the Government of Sierra Leone, where she focused on providing advice on private sector policies, investment strategies, Small and Medium Enterprise development, and liaising with development partners on private sector-related issues. She has also managed and coordinated the delivery of development programs between the Government and the World Bank, the African Bank for Development, and the European Union. This involved coordinating the implementation of major legislative, regulatory, administrative, and policy reforms to strengthen the productivity, transparency, and human capital development sectors in Sierra Leone.

She holds an MSc and LLM from the International University of Turin and a BSC from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

SME Development Specialist

Saio Bobson Kuyateh

Saio is an impact investment and private sector development professional with over ten years’ experience in SME deal identification, structuring, assessment, disbursement and monitoring in Sierra Leone, credit analysis and appraisal in commercial banking industry, general risk management in the financial sector and also agribusiness development, agriculture value chain development, business management, coaching and private sector development.

He has technical expertise in Managerial and Financial Accounting, SME investment and management, Value Chain Development, Outgrower development and management, Agribusiness, SME and rural development, market systems development, inclusive economic growth, entrepreneurship, finance, credit and enterprise risk management and banking.

M and E Specialist

Henson Venn

Henson Venn’s level of education and technical working experience both at home and abroad has contributed to enhancing his over ten years’ program implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation skills in diverse areas of interventions. These areas of interventions range through relief, emergency and development contexts and expands across multiple sectors including Development Year Assistance Programs (DYAPS) and Multi Year Assistance Programmes (MYAPs).

Henson Venn has demonstrable records of excellent people management skills including good communication, strong interpersonal and sound team management. Henson can multi-task, put teams to work and generate motivation and desire to achieve organizational goals.

Environmental Safeguards Specialist

Sabiatu Bakarr

Sabiatu is an astute and goal-driven Environmentalist with over 10 years of experience in Environmental and disaster management from both Governmental and International Non-Governmental Organizations. She has profound knowledge in the areas of Environmental Management, Quality Control, Biodiversity Conservation, Compliance monitoring and highly skilled in Project Management and Development, Research and Report Writing. She is a clear and effective communicator who is also competent in developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Consultants, Clients and Stakeholders at all levels of an Organization /Government.

Communications Specialists

Ngozi Obi Sesay

Experiences acquired over a 10-year period showing versatility in various fields have enabled Ngozi to build a network of knowledge and practices fostered by the mastery of a trio culture which includes Communications, Human Resources and Administration.

Ngozi has gained competency and experience from working in several sector institutions (banking, agriculture, energy, water, social welfare etc.) and with various people which has overtime helped in her ability to listen, given her an edge as a seasoned public relations and communications professional. Her core area is in development communications.

Procurement Specialist

Osman Tommy

Osman Tommy is a Procurement and Project Management Professional with over 12 years’ experience in the field of (private and public Sector) Procurement, Project Management, Administration, Policy Formulation, and Implementation.

He is result-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity, complete with an in-depth grasp of procurement and project management techniques, practices, policies, processes, procedures, principles and operations, and ability to address broader issues of procurement in terms of impact at the programme and institutional level.

Social Safeguards Specialist

William Dauda

William Peter Christian Dauda is the Social Safeguards Specialist for the Sierra Leone Economic Diversification Project (SLEDP). He has many years of experience working with national and international non-governmental organizations in Sierra Leone. He is a motivated, results-driven Peace building and Development Professional with cross functional expertise in Human Rights, Gender Empowerment, and Social Justice Campaign. He has more than seventeen years of experience in Programming, Reporting, Research, Policy Advocacy, and Safeguarding issues. He has successfully coordinated and managed several projects funded by different donors such as the World Bank, European Union, DFID, USAID etc.

Sahr Abu Koroma

A success driven, energetic, hard-working, and experienced Professional Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of work experience. Specialized in financial and management accounting, auditing, taxation and reporting both for private and public entities.

Sahr has a proven track record of identifying and implementing strong financial management systems to improve efficiency and achieve desired results. Coupled with strong analytical skills and integrity, he is also considered to be a team player who always seek to improve workflow and outputs of colleagues and partners by providing continuous capacity building supports.

Fatmata Mansaray

Fatmata has six years in various administrative positions within governmental and non-governmental organizations in Sierra Leone.

Her educational training is in Business Administration and Management coupled with her experience over the years has helped her gain the requisite skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations within the organization and coordinate with stakeholders in a multi-ethnic environment.
